Stuffed Figs
12oz figs 12oz soft cream cheese 4oz gorgonzola or blue cheese 20 nuts (variety of your choice)
Snip crosses into figs and spread out flat. Remove seeds if desired. Blend cheeeses together in mixer or processor. Fill centers of figs with cheese mixture and garnish with nuts. Chill and serve cold.
