Well, each of the recipes I have shared, so far, have come from "The Essential Mediterranean Cookbook", no apparent author, published 2001 in USA and Canada by Murdoch Books. The only reference numbers I have are (hardcover):ISBN 1-55285-225-3 or, (paperback) ISBN 1-55285-226-1 Seems to be a "corporate" book, and as such, I can't guarantee the authenticity of the recipes...but the ones I have tried, taste good! The book includes cuisine from ALL of the countries around the Mediterranean rim, from France and Italy, to Africa...very detailed recipes, and nice pictures! I got mine at either Barnes & Nobles, or Borders...dunno, they look the same to me!
