 Hi everyone, I stumbled upon sudairy.com while looking for an arabic name to name my baby who's due in June 06. And I'm glad I did! My favorite names are: Amber, Farah, Iman and Sharhazad. My question is What is the Arabic pronunciation for AMBER? Do I dare think it's the same as in english? Out of the 4names which one do you prefer?  Thanks for any input. All praise to Allah.

i like the names amber and iman, too. i also love the names farah and sharifah for a girl.

Not that I'm after popularity but it always helps to have many opinions.
So I invite everyone to tell me what their favorite name is.
PS:miss Yasmin (without the E ;DD) My brother's name is Shariff so Sharifah is kind
of a no-no for me!lol. I think it's beautiful too though.
